Orders are delivered on average within 7 to 14 business days. As we are in the start-up phase, delivery times may sometimes be slightly longer.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Are the bracelets water-resistant?
We recommend not exposing the bracelets to water, perfume, or cream to preserve their quality.
What sizes are available?
Our bracelets are adjustable and fit most wrist sizes. The beads are approximately 11-13mm, and thanks to the elastic cord, the bracelet adapts flexibly.
